Youngor Group was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, a city on the coast of the East China Sea. It is a leading enterprise in the national textile and apparel industry. In 2024, the Group achieved a revenue of 164.6 billion yuan, a total profit of 3.8 billion yuan, and paid 2.1 billion yuan in actual taxes. It ranks 45th among China's top 500 private enterprises. By the end of 2024, Youngor Group had total assets of 98 billion yuan and net assets of 44.9 billion yuan. Its subsidiary, Youngor Fashion Co., Ltd., was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 19, 1998, under the stock code 600177 and the stock abbreviation "Youngor".

After 46 years of development, Youngor has evolved into a comprehensive international enterprise group with a core focus on the fashion industry, pursuing diversified and specialized growth. It operates four major business segments: Fashion Brands, Commercial (New) Retail, International Trade, and Industrial Investments.

For 46 years, Youngor has consistently pursued the goal of building an international brand. Through transformation, upgrading, and technological innovation, it has forged ahead, establishing itself as a leader in the high-end branded apparel industry with a brand value of 40.589 billion yuan. Its men's shirts have ranked first in nationwide market share for 28 consecutive years, and its men's suits have held the top spot for 25 consecutive years.

The flagship "Youngor" brand has long maintained a dominant position in the domestic men's wear market. It is currently upgrading its brand operations through a "Five All-encompassing" strategy — All Categories, All Scenarios, All Ages, All Directions, and All Channels — relying on four major product lines (Business Formal, Wedding, Outdoor, Women's Wear) and two key items (Chinese Shirts and Trousers), aiming to create the most suitable apparel brand for business professionals. Building on this, Youngor has formed a diversified brand portfolio including MAYOR, CORTHAY, HART MARX, HANP, UNDEFEATED, HELLY HANSEN, and BONPOINT. The company has established strategic cooperation alliances with eight international fabric suppliers, including LORO PIANA, CERRUTI 1881, ALUMO, and ALBINI. Together, they have launched an initiative to build a global fashion ecosystem and co-create the MAYOR brand, positioning it as China's own luxury men's brand with a focus on "high-end clientele, superior quality, and premium service." CORTHAY, a French luxury shoe brand, is renowned for its traditional Goodyear welted craftsmanship, distinctive silhouettes, rounded curves, and smooth stitching. It insists on using vibrant, energetic colors and hand-finishing, creating footwear that is both aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. HART MARX, a men's brand with over 130 years of history, infuses elements of manor and equestrian sports to create a high-end sports and leisure brand embodying the knightly spirit. The HANP brand focuses on hemp, a natural, healthy material originating from China. Guided by the philosophy of "Embracing a New Green Luxury," it promotes the development of the entire industrial chain from seed to product, bringing this high-quality functional material — naturally antibacterial, breathable, and dehumidifying, as well as green and low-carbon — into countless homes. UNDEFEATED, a streetwear brand popular among young people, represents the "unbeatable" spirit of street culture. HELLY HANSEN, a Norwegian national treasure brand for outdoor sports and leisure, is renowned in the professional fields of sailing and skiing. It blends professional sports with everyday wear, offering Chinese consumers a brand new experience. BONPOINT, a French luxury children's clothing brand, was founded on the idea of happiness, using creativity to let the flower of happiness blossom in every child and everyone who retains a childlike heart.

Currently, Youngor is implementing a flagship store strategy in key cities across China. It is creating a brand-new business club experience, defined by six key elements: high-quality categories, a comfortable experiential platform, premium promotion and service, a rapid response system, comprehensive digital application, and deep online-merge-offline integration. This aims to establish a new retail system connecting Youngor with consumers through smart marketing.

Simultaneously, the company is building a state-of-the-art Chinese smart manufacturing plant, guided by the "Five Transformations" philosophy: standardization, automation, informatization, intelligence, and digitalization. This plant will feature a garden-style production environment, humane management, intelligent assembly lines, and transparent information systems.

In December 2024, the company, together with Yinji's management, invested in Yinji Commercial Group. This move is designed to "strengthen and supplement the industrial chain" and enhance the fashion ecosystem.

Youngor is also one of the first private enterprises in China to venture into specialized financial investments. It has now formed a strategic investment system focused primarily on fashion industry investments, supplemented by other financial investments.

Looking ahead, Youngor Group will dedicate itself to its corporate mission: "To make everyone better." Upholding the values of integrity, pragmatism, responsibility, dedication, uprightness, achievement, diligence, and harmony, the Group strives to build itself into a world-class fashion group over the next 30 years.
